The Problem
The Njinikejem School in northwestern Cameroon has been working to alleviate overcrowding by building up a new classroom. While the structure has been prepared, they did not have the available funds to install a finished roof on the building.

After some heavy rains, the roof is getting framed up to prepare for the metal roofing materials. More classroom space with a new roof means a safe and dry area for education to continue.
-
Some of the local students are pitching in to help put up the new roof over their classroom at the Njinikejem School.

The finished roofing material has been added to the new classroom at the Njinikejem School in Cameroon. The enclosed classroom should be in use for the upcoming school year now that it can keep the students safe from the elements. Thanks again go out to the students at I.S.218 in NYC who raised the money for this project.
